You represent and warrant that you (a) are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts; (b) are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States or any other applicable jurisdiction; (c) are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (d) are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
The Service is intended for individuals making their own investment decisions. This Service is not directed at residents of any jurisdiction where the distribution or availability of the Service would be contrary to local law or regulation.

GenZTrade is NOT a broker-dealer, investment advisor, financial planner, accountant, or law firm. We do not execute trades, hold customer funds, custody securities, or manage portfolios. We are not registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), the National Futures Association (NFA), or any equivalent foreign regulator.
GenZTrade does NOT provide individualized investment advice. All content, signals, scores, "Trade Director" plans, "AI Battle Plan Reviews," "Buy The Dip" recommendations, scalp setups, AI explanations, and any other output generated by the Service is analytical opinion produced by software based on publicly available data and pattern-matching algorithms. You acknowledge and agree that you will not construe any communication from GenZTrade (whether through the Service, email, or any other medium) as legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice. You should consult appropriately licensed professionals before making any financial decision.

Portions of the Service use large language models ("LLMs") and machine-learning algorithms provided by Anthropic, Inc. and other providers to generate trade ideas, summaries, and explanations.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or entirely fabricated ("hallucinated"). GenZTrade does not verify, fact-check, or guarantee AI output. You must independently verify any AI-generated claim, ticker, price, news headline, or recommendation before acting on it.
You expressly acknowledge that the Trade Director, AI Battle Plan Review, AI catalyst summaries, and any other AI feature are experimental software outputs and not professional advice.
GenZTrade aggregates market data, news, and earnings information from third-party sources including Yahoo Finance, Stooq, public APIs, news feeds, and Anthropic's API. We do not own, control, verify, or warrant the accuracy or timeliness of such data. Data may be:
You agree GenZTrade is not responsible for any losses arising from reliance on third-party data, including but not limited to incorrect prices, missed alerts, delayed quotes, or inaccurate corporate event data.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities under your account.
You may not (a) share your account credentials with any other person; (b) maintain more than one free account per household, IP address, or device; (c) impersonate any person or entity; or (d) use a false email address.
You agree to notify us immediately at support@genztrade.ai of any unauthorized use of your account. GenZTrade is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
GenZTrade offers tiered subscription plans (Free, Trader, Pro, Elite) at the prices displayed on /pricing. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; existing paid subscriptions retain their original price until renewal or for one billing cycle following notice of a price change, whichever is shorter.
New users may receive a 7-day Pro trial on signup at our discretion, no payment method required. The trial converts to a Free plan at expiration unless you upgrade. We may restrict or revoke trials we determine, in our sole discretion, are being abused (e.g., multiple accounts from the same IP, throwaway emails, or other circumvention of trial limits).
By starting a paid subscription, you authorize GenZTrade and our payment processor (Stripe, Inc.) to automatically charge your payment method monthly (or annually if selected) on each renewal date until you cancel. You may cancel any time from Account Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you cancel within 14 days of your first paid charge, email support@genztrade.ai and we will refund the full charge. After the 14-day window, charges are non-refundable; no pro-rated refunds for unused portions of a billing period are provided. Refunds for fraud, chargeback abuse, or terms violations may be withheld.
If a payment fails, we will email you and grant a 3-day grace period during which paid features remain accessible. If payment is not collected within the grace period, your account will be downgraded to Free. You remain liable for any past-due amounts.
Prices displayed do not include applicable sales tax, VAT, or other government-imposed charges, which will be added at checkout if required by your jurisdiction.

The Service, including all software, algorithms, designs, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by GenZTrade or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, GenZTrade grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial trading research. You may not sublicense, resell, or commercially exploit the Service or its output. You acquire no ownership rights in the Service or any data produced by it.
You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service (portfolio CSVs, trade journal entries, watchlists, notes). By uploading content, you grant GenZTrade a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display such content solely to provide you with the Service.
You represent that you have all necessary rights to upload such content and that it does not infringe any third party's rights.
We may use anonymized, aggregated data (containing no personally identifiable information) for product improvement, research, and marketing analytics.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR QUIET ENJOYMENT.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, GENZTRADE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY THAT:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GENZTRADE, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR:
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID GENZTRADE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100 USD).

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, including its formation, interpretation, breach, or termination, shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

YOU AND GENZTRADE AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. Unless both you and GenZTrade agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to support@genztrade.ai within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Opting out does not affect any other provision.
Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court in the appropriate venue.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [YOUR HOME STATE — insert], U.S.A., without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

You may terminate your account at any time via Account Settings or by emailing support@genztrade.ai. Cancellation of a paid subscription stops future renewals; deletion of the account permanently removes your data within 30 days, except as required by law for record-keeping (financial transaction logs are retained for 7 years per IRS guidance).
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, abused trial limits, harmed the Service, or for any other reason in our sole discretion. We are not liable for any loss arising from termination. On termination, sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, arbitration) will survive.
We reserve the right at any time to (a) modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service, with or without notice; (b) impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts or all of the Service.
We may update these Terms by posting a new version at /terms with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be announced via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a change, your sole remedy is to discontinue using the Service.
Our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to such processing as described in the Privacy Policy.
GenZTrade is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, governmental action, labor strikes, internet outages, third-party API failures (Yahoo Finance, Stooq, Stripe, Anthropic, AWS, etc.), DDoS attacks, or pandemics.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or by operation of law.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid.
Waiver. No failure or delay by GenZTrade in exercising any right under these Terms operates as a waiver of that right. No waiver is effective unless in writing and signed by an authorized officer.
Headings. Section headings are for reference only and do not affect interpretation.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any pricing terms on /pricing, constitute the entire agreement between you and GenZTrade concerning the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and understandings, whether written or oral.
